Dr. Lauren Harriett is an Assistant Professor of Family Medicine at the University of Chicago and a dedicated primary care physician providing comprehensive, patient‑centered care to individuals and families across the lifespan. She practices full‑spectrum family medicine with particular interests in preventive care, obstetric care, family planning, addiction medicine, and addressing social determinants of health in clinical practice. Dr. Harriett is engaged in clinical research, contributing to peer‑reviewed work on topics such as pregnancy loss management, shared decision‑making, and residency education, and has published in journals including Maternal and Child Health Journal. She is committed to advancing medical education and improving community health through both clinical excellence and scholarly work.
