2022 [Re]Framing Graphic Medicine

“Graphic medicine is the use of comics to tell personal stories of illness and health…
Learning about illness and treatment can be an effective coping and healing strategy for the author, and sharing that information with readers can transform a negative experience into a positive one.”

A special thanks to curator of the [Re]Framing Graphic Medicine and BICE Faculty Scholar, Dr. Brian Callender and all the artists to bring this important, artistic, and informative medium to the forefront.
